For photoprotection to be effective, remember to apply it in sufficient quantity, spread it evenly and reapply it every 2 hours, after bathing or sweating. In addition to the use of topical photoprotection, use complementary protection methods: accessories such as brimmed hats, sunglasses and appropriate clothing. Reinforce skin care with oral photoprotection (in the form of a food supplement) along with a balanced diet.

Avoid exposure during the central hours of the day (between 12:00 and 16:00). Do not expose babies and young children to direct sunlight.
