They are the first Kegel balls I have, after looking at several I decided on these and I am delighted, they are easy to put on and what I like most is that they are very easy to clean. I had doubts if the silicone cord was going to bother me, but it is very flexible and you can't even notice it. The first day it was hard to keep it in, but every day I'm holding it in a little longer. I hope that little by little I will have a better pelvic floor. It comes with instructions and recommendations for use. I recommend it 100%
