Use 2 or 3 times following the instructions below:

1. Lie the baby on his or her back in a comfortable, secure position and tilt the baby's head to one side.
2. Carefully insert the tip of the nozzle into a hole to spray the solution.
3. After a few seconds, the solution usually comes out the other hole, a sign that the cleaning has been done well.
4. Repeat the operation on the other hole.
5. Reinsert the baby, hold him/her and blow his/her nose or wipe it with a tissue.
