Organic millet seeds

Description

Millet was one of the first cereals consumed, very rich in energy, ideal for breakfast. With a sweet taste, it is light, soft and alkalizing. This product does not contain any genetically modified ingredients.

Instructions for use

Leave to soak overnight. Then cook with 3 measures of water for one measure of rice for 30 minutes.
