Tablets formulated with magnesium and vitamin B6 that help the normal functioning of the nervous system, in the normal psychological function and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium is also involved in the normal functioning of muscles and in the maintenance of bones and teeth. Vitamin B6 is of vital importance in the regulation of hormonal activity, as well as in the proper functioning of the immune system.
Take 3 tablets a day before the main meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner).
Per tablet: Anti-caking agents (Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate, Silicon Oxide, Magnesium Stearate), Magnesium (Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate): 184mg, Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide): 172mg, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride): 1.22mg.
