Preparation of spoonable baby food: Wash and dry your hands before preparing your baby's food and use clean utensils. First, pour 140ml of warm milk (breast milk or the milk your baby drinks) into a bowl/plate. Add 17g (3 or 4 tablespoons) of Gerber cereals. Stir with a fork and check the temperature before feeding your baby. After preparation, use the baby food immediately without the need for cooking. Prefer a bottle? Add the amount of cereals indicated by the pediatrician according to your baby's age to the bottle with milk*. Rotate the bottle with your hands and shake it until you achieve a homogeneous mixture. Ready!
