Boldo leaves for infusion, is an infusion indicated for gallbladder and liver disorders, gallstones, slow digestion and flatulence. Its properties help to stimulate the secretion of bile, combat rheumatism, promotes recovery from dislocations, prevents constipation and improves digestion.

Add a level tablespoon of the plant per cup of water at about 100 degrees. Boil for 1 to 3 minutes, let stand for about 5 minutes and filter to avoid impurities.
