Nova Diet Poppy Petals 20g
The poppy petals are traditionally used in the natural treatment of many respiratory conditions, cough, sore throat and aphonia due to its mucilage content that soothe the throat. It can be taken in infusion and has sedative, emollient, antitussive, expectorant, slightly hypnotic and antispasmodic effect.
Add a level tablespoon of the plant per cup of water at about 100 degrees. Boil for 1 to 3 minutes, let stand for about 5 minutes and filter to avoid impurities.
