Senna dried plant pieces, natural product presented in bags of 40 grams. Senna tea is known for its high cleansing and detoxifying power of the body, hence it has always been used as a slimming plant. This type of herb is consumed in infusion and it is necessary to be constant to be able to notice its effects on the body.
Prepare the cup of infusion by pouring a teaspoon of herbs over boiling water, and leaving it covered for five minutes.
Senna is a plant widely known for its laxative properties. It contains substances (sennosides), that are responsible for these properties. Dietary supplements containing senna extract can be used for occasional constipation. However, it is important to stress this occasional use: use for more than a week is not recommended without supervision from a healthcare professional.
