Shepherd's purse is a herbaceous plant only 40 cm high and is very abundant, growing wild in fields, orchards and fields or along roadsides. This herb is native to Eastern Europe and Asia Minor where the climate is cold. It has medicinal properties such as vasoconstrictor, diuretic, astringent, hemostatic, blood purifier, healing and hypotensive.
Add a level tablespoon of the plant per cup of water at about 100 degrees. Boil for 1 to 3 minutes, let stand for about 5 minutes and filter to avoid impurities.
