I take it with my sleeping pills because they contain lactose and made me snore, and it WORKS! Better tablets than capsules for the night, the powdered capsules (in general) before sleeping do not work well for me.

The good thing is that it does its job, it's convenient, you can carry it in your purse, it doesn't take up space and it's perfect for people with medium to moderate lactose intolerance. The cons are: its price is high and it is not available in all local pharmacies / parapharmacies.
