It is made from lipoic acid, alpha-lipoic acid, palmitoylethanolamide, and myrrh extract. The alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) is a substance that acts as a antioxidant and also produces energy for our body.

Indicated for adults.
Take 2 tablets a day.
Take the tablet at least 30 minutes before a meal or 3 hours after (on an empty stomach).
