I usually spend potitos not for children but I put it in the food and thus gives a taste to the broth or very good stew. My mother-in-law's doctor didn't recommend him because he didn't eat much and so I fed him more. Now my partner has depression and I do the same to feed him more than the avecrem. This gives a taste to the broth or good stew is thick and concentrated. It's another way to cook. No?
