Nutriprescription Cs08 Sleep Complex 60caps is a dietary supplement designed to facilitate sleep.

Melatonin helps regulate circadian rhythms and the wake-sleep cycle. Additionally, California poppy promotes sleep and improves the quality of rest.

Other ingredients also provide important benefits:

  • Lemon balm and valerian: provide a calming effect.
  • Passionflower, vitamins B9 and B12: help reduce sleep disorders.
  • Vitamin B6: is involved in the synthesis of serotonin and melatonin, known as the sleep hormone.

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules a day, 30 minutes before going to bed.

This product should not replace a varied and balanced diet, nor a healthy lifestyle. It is important to follow the usage instructions, the recommended daily dose, and the expiration date.

Not recommended for:

  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women
  • Children under 15 years old

Do not combine with the use of sleeping pills or other sedatives. Do not use this product before or during driving vehicles or operating machinery. (Melatonin).
