Nutrof Total 180 caps is a dietary supplement that helps to maintain normal vision and protect the retina.
Its formula contains antioxidant vitamins and trace elements, essential fatty acids, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Vitis Vinifera Extract (Resveratrol), and vitamin D that support eye health by providing the body with the essential nutrients it needs.
Indicated for adults.
Take 2 capsules daily with a glass of water at the beginning or in the middle of the main meal.
Fish oil (omega 3 essential fatty acids: DHA + EPA + DPA), bovine gelatin, purified water, humectant: glycerol; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), vitamin C (calcium ascorbate), emulsifier: glycerol monostearate; lutein, vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol), zinc (zinc sulphate), Vitis Vinifera extract (resveratrol), humectant: sorbitol; zeaxanthin, colouring agent: iron oxide black; copper (copper sulphate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

However, these fats, which help to maintain cardiovascular health, are not produced by the body. This is why it is important to include foods rich in Omega 3 in your diet, such as fish and shellfish, seeds or algae. Without ever exceeding the recommended dose, you can also opt for dietary supplements that provide these beneficial fatty acids.The most common fatty acids are EPA and DHA (from marine sources) and ALA (from plant sources), which help regulate blood pressure. They also help to reduce the risk of developing irregular heartbeats or arrhythmias. Omega-3's main benefits are therefore related to cardiovascular health and, as they are part of the cell membranes, they also help to maintain the nervous system function in good condition.
