Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule a day with a little water.

Sea buckthorn oil (Hippophae rhamnoides), capsule (fish gelatin, humectant (vegetable glycerin), water, colouring (iron oxide red)), grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi) and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), thickener (beeswax), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
