“The transport company is a complete disaster. I provided an address and they delivered my package to another establishment in a different location. I don't know if PROMOFARMA is aware of the actions of this company, but I know (as the manager of the affected establishment has communicated to me) that they deliver orders to a collection point different from the one indicated.”

“Porducts from Profarma are good to excellent, but the deliveries through Seur are a nightmare. On three occasions, this carrier does whatever it wants and sends the package to the wrong Inpost, forcing me to go to another, more distant location with the corresponding issues. I have already complained several times. It's a shame that because of this carrier I might have to stop buying from Profarma. There are other carriers that handle Inpost deliveries and fulfil their duties. I hope you take note and can resolve these unacceptable incidents with SEUR; they put one label over another to change the destination of the package, and I have proof of this.”
