The website does not offer a good user experience: products disappear from the cart, change value when added to the cart, the chatbot does not work... I also had difficulties in validating the discount coupon or the free delivery from 49€ per pharmacy. There is a lot of room for improvement

Very good, in 2 days I had the product at home. I love the tracking of the product purchased, it is nice to be able to follow at all times how your order is going. They told me what day I would have my purchase and in what time range, they would serve it to me at home, and it was fulfilled punctually. I am very satisfied 100%
