“I placed my order on 4th September and on 29th September I contacted them because I had no news about my order. It stated possible delivery was delayed and each day it was getting later. After many emails, the last one said that the shipping company delivered one of the packages on 1st October and the other package on 7th October at the collection point. I received this information because I had been following up, but no one sent me any notice that I could collect them, a month after my order. Naturally, there was medication I needed and I had to buy it again elsewhere. In short, it was a disaster and I won't be ordering from their website again because, for the price, it’s not really worth it.”

“I have received ARKOFLEX SPORT, when I use and believe it is the one I always order, ARKOFLEX TOTAL. I don't know what the difference is and whether it is important or not, but that uncertainty, when the recommended one for me is the TOTAL, makes me quite uncomfortable. And it's two bottles...! Another thing I hope you can improve is the shipping issue. I have received two packages in different locations, and one of them changed location again and was no longer so close to my home... But what really worries me is that I have been sent ARKOFLEX SPORT instead of TOTAL, which, I should point out, is difficult to differentiate when placing the order and easy to confuse...”
