Shake before use.
Apply evenly about two tablespoons of sunscreen to clean skin on face, neck and chest, 30 minutes before sun exposure.
Avoid eye contact.

Don't forget sensitive areas such as the edges of the ears, nose and chest. In addition to topical photoprotection, use complementary accessories such as brim hats and adjustable sunglasses. Boost skin care with oral photoprotection (in the form of a food supplement) combined with a balanced diet. Avoid exposure in the middle of the day (between 12:00 and 16:00).
