Brush teeth 3 times a day, after every meal.

Water, Sorbitol, Hydrated Silica, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Sodium Gluconate, Carrageenan, Flavouring, Xanthan Gum, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Zinc Citrate, Stannous Fluoride, Sodium Hydroxide, Stannous Chloride, Sodium Saccharin, CI 77891, Sodium Fluoride, Benzyl, Benzyl Sucralose, Eugenol, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Potassium Sorbate (1450 ppm fluoride, 0.61% stannous).

Two types of Zinc can be found in mouthwashes and toothpastes: zinc citrate and zinc chloride.

Zinc citrate helps to reduce plaque build-up and its effects and therefore helps to prevent cavities and periodontal disease. Zinc Chloride has an anti-tartar effect and helps to reduce bleeding.

To maintain optimal oral hygiene, remember to brush your teeth 30 minutes after every meal and avoid drinking water or eating after your oral hygiene routine. Also, remember to visit your dentist a couple of times a year to check the state of your dentin and to have your teeth professionally cleaned.
