PediaSure Teen Balance® is a nutritional supplement with proteins, vitamins, and minerals, specially formulated to meet the nutritional needs of adolescents aged 11 to 16 years. During adolescence, most boys and girls experience a final period of significant growth and need up to 2 times more key nutrients compared to before puberty (4).

It complements your nutrition to help with your growth and development (3). It contains iron to support attention and memory (1), as well as other vitamins, such as vitamin D to help the immune system (5), and minerals, such as magnesium to help you face the day with energy by reducing fatigue (2).

1. Iron contributes to the normal cognitive development of children.

2. Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

3. Essential fatty acids are necessary for the normal growth and development of children. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and 10 g of linoleic acid (LA).

4. Based on a comparison of the recommended intakes (DRV from EFSA) for the key growth nutrients Ca, Zn, Mg, and P. Children aged 1 to 3 years compared to those aged 11 to 14 years.

• Instructions for use: To prepare a serving of 225 ml, pour 190 ml of room temperature or cold water into a glass and gradually mix 5 level scoops (approx. 49.1 g) of PediaSure Teen Balance powder. Serving = 49.1 g of powder in 190 ml of water to obtain 225 ml. It can be heated but not above 35ºC to maintain nutritional properties.
