PediaSure Teen Balance® is a nutritional supplement with proteins, vitamins, and minerals, specially formulated to meet the nutritional needs of adolescents aged 11 to 16 years. During adolescence, most boys and girls experience a final period of significant growth and need up to 2 times more key nutrients compared to before puberty.

This product complements your nutrition to help with your growth and development, as it contains:

• Iron to support attention and memory.
• Vitamin D to help the immune system.
• Magnesium to help you face the day with energy and reduce fatigue.

It is very important to maintain a varied and balanced diet accompanied by a healthy lifestyle. PediaSure® Teen Balance is a nutritional supplement and does not replace food.

Recommended intake: 2 servings per day, during meals or between them, as needed. Do not exceed the maximum number of servings per day. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Instructions for use: To prepare a serving of 225 ml, pour 190 ml of room temperature or cold water into a glass and gradually mix 5 level scoops (approx. 49.1 g) of PediaSure Teen Balance powder. Serving = 49.1 g of powder in 190 ml of water to obtain 225 ml. It can be heated but not above 35ºC to maintain nutritional properties.

Storage instructions: Store the can in a cool, dry place (not refrigerated) at room temperature. Once opened, the can must be covered and its contents should be used within 3 weeks. Once mixed, PediaSure Teen Balance must be covered, refrigerated, and used within 24 hours. Keep out of reach of children.

Warning: Do not heat PediaSure Teen Balance in the microwave. Severe burns may occur. Excessive consumption may cause intestinal discomfort. Avoid consumption along with medications and other fiber-based dietary supplements.
