This natural arnica gel soothes and helps the skin to recover its normal appearance after a shock. At the heart of the formula is arnica flower which is recognized for its virtues in case of shocks, blows and falls. External use. Do not apply near the eyes or on mucous membranes and wounds. Do not apply on subjects sensitive to arnica. Do not swallow. Wash hands after use.
Apply as soon as possible to clean, dry skin. Massage gently until completely absorbed. Reapply 2 to 3 times a day if necessary. Wash hands after use.

Arnica (Arnica montana) is a plant with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antibacterial properties. It has been used topically (on the skin) since ancient times when macerations were made with its flowers as a natural remedy.
Arnica extract relieves muscular discomfort, and small bruises, and is useful in supporting muscle and joint recovery after physical exercise. It also has antiseptic properties.
In cosmetics, it helps to reduce small bruises or swelling after dermatological treatments.
It is not recommended for people who are hypersensitive to plants of the Compositae family. It should not be applied directly to open wounds.
Depending on the concentration, it is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding (except for some cosmetics tested at this stage and with low concentrations). When in doubt, consult a healthcare professional.
