Whether used for massage, internally, or through diffusion, is very important to use them properly. They contain powerful phyto-active substances that require rigourous use. The dosage, duration of treatment and administration method indicated by each manufacturer must be strictly followed. For each essential oil in particular, carefully read the instructions for use and precautions.

It is important to remember that essential oils are not indicated during pregnancy, breastfeeding or for children under 6 years, unless the product explicitly states that it is suitable in these situations. If you are taking medication or suffer from a long-term illness, always consult a healthcare professional.
