Description

It is an oral spray for colds. It creates a protective barrier against cold viruses by coating the mucous membrane of the oral cavity.

This spray is composed of two main ingredients, glycerol and trypsin (a natural enzyme found in cod), which together form an effective barrier that works in 3 ways:

- Traps: glycerol creates an osmotically active transient barrier that traps viruses.
- Deactivates: trypsin inhibits the viruses' ability to bind, thus disabling their ability to infect cells.
- Protects: the barrier formed protects the oral cavity and throat.

Sugar free, preservative free, gluten free, lactose free. Presentation 20ml.

Instructions for use

Open your mouth and point the spray tip towards the back of your throat. Press the pump and apply 2 sprays (1 dose) every 2 hours, up to 6 times a day.

Composition

Glycerol, Water, Trypsin (Natural Cod Enzyme), Ethanol (<1%), Calcium Chloride, Tromotamol, Menthol.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Menthol is a compound extracted from plants such as peppermint (Mentha x Piperita) and can also be manufactured synthetically. As an ingredient in gels and creams for topical application, or orally, either in lozenges, herbal teas or gummies, it provides a very refreshing and soothing action.

In tablet or gummy form, it is used to soothe the mucous membranes of the upper respiratory tract, and to soothe mild discomfort in the oral cavity, as it has a mild analgesic effect. It relieves itching and is a decongestant. It is also used in nasal sprays or inhalers formulated with plant extracts, to promote respiratory well-being. It is also found in food and oral hygiene products.

In case of allergy to the substance, chronic respiratory diseases, as well as during pregnancy and young children, do not use products with menthol and consult a healthcare professional.
