Description

Dietary supplement based on fluid extracts of fresh plants standardized in glycerin solution. Its main ingredient is lemon balm, indicated to counteract spasmodic disorders, functional colopathy, spasmodic colitis or transit disorders alternating with constipation, diarrhoea, flatulence, and meteorism.

Instructions for use

Take 1 teaspoon/day for at least 3 to 6 months.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
