Propolis is a sap-like substance that bees obtain from tree buds and barks to protect the hive. This substance is then transformed to provide beneficial properties for our overall health.

It is widely used as a dietary supplement to alleviate symptoms in colds or other mild respiratory tract infections such as a sore throat. Its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties, in the form of a lozenge, spray or syrup can provide relief.
