Plesinox 3A 30caps is a dietary supplement that helps to improve the body's defences. It contributes to normal immune system function, the protection of cells against oxidative damage and the maintenance of healthy skin and mucous membranes, thanks to the action of Vitamins A, C and Selenium, which form and regenerate tissues.

Vitamin C and Selenium also help to protect skin cells from oxidative damage. It protects from solar radiation, giving a light sun protection effect and keeps mucous membranes and skin healthy thanks to the action of Vitamin A.

Take 2 capsules a day, one capsule in the morning and one in the evening.
