Pranarôm Oleocaps+ 3 Digestive Well-being BIO 30caps is a food supplement in capsules with 100% organic essential oils, such as cardamom or caraway, which promote digestive comfort.

It also contains essential oils of peppermint, ginger, Chinese cinnamon and lemon to provide support in case of digestive problems, as well as to prevent the consequences of a heavy meal.

Suitable for adults and children from 12 years old.

- To prevent large meals: take 2 or 3 capsules a day with food and a glass of water.

- After a large meal: Take 2 to 4 capsules within 24 hours of a meal with a glass of water.

-As an aid to daily digestion: take 2 capsules in the morning before breakfast with a glass of water.
