Wash your hands carefully and dry them. Remove the lens from your eye, place it in the palm of your hand, and pour enough solution to completely cover it. Gently rub the lens with your finger for a maximum of 10 to 15 seconds. Rinse the lens with a generous amount of solution to remove any potential surface residue. Place the lens in the lens case filled with solution. Repeat the process with the other lens. Close the lens case and soak the lenses for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. After disinfection, carefully rinse the lenses with the solution before putting them back in the lens case to remove any potential residue. After use, rinse the lens case with the solution and let it air dry. Always discard the solution left at the bottom of the lens case after removing the lenses.
