Tabletop sweetener based on steviol glycosides; an extract from the stevia plant. Pure Via crystallized powder has the same texture as sugar and can perfectly withstand high cooking temperatures. It contains natural flavourings and no calories. Suitable for making delicious cakes or for hot or cold drinks, dairy products, fruit, pancakes and desserts, without calories. ½ teaspoon has a sweetening power equivalent to a teaspoon of sugar. Thus, 50 g of this product replaces 100 g of sugar. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
