This powdered alkaline supplement contains a balanced blend of alkaline minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and zinc. Calcium contributes to the normal maintenance of bones and teeth and the normal function of digestive enzymes. Potassium contributes to the normal maintenance of blood pressure. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, and normal nervous system function, reducing tiredness and fatigue and maintaining electrolyte balance. Finally, zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism.

Take 5 measures (10 g) throughout the day, dissolve in 100 ml of water and drink. In the morning and evening and if necessary also at midday, always one hour before meals or before going to bed.
