Description

Raab Iso-Mineral Limette is a powder for preparing an isotonic drink. Those who practice sports or engage in physical exercise lose water and minerals through sweat. Raab Iso-Mineral Limette provides, in addition to maltodextrin and dextrose, electrolytes, minerals, and trace elements such as:

  • Zinc
  • Iron
  • Copper
  • Molybdenum
  • Chromium
  • Selenium

The drink is therefore ideal during or after physical activity, or simply for consumption between meals.

ELECTROLYTE BALANCE:
Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. The electrolyte sodium is present with 581 mg per serving.

ACID-BASE METABOLISM:
Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism.

ENDURANCE:
Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions help maintain endurance performance during prolonged training and improve water absorption in physical exertion situations. Iron contributes to the reduction of fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

The ratio of the simple carbohydrate dextrose and the complex carbohydrate maltodextrin is adjusted in a 1:1 ratio.

Chromium helps maintain normal blood glucose levels. The minerals magnesium, potassium, and calcium contribute to normal muscle function.

  • The consumption of other calcium-enriched products should be avoided.
  • Men, postmenopausal women, and pregnant women should take iron only after consulting a doctor.
  • The consumption of other zinc-enriched products should be avoided.
