Description

Redugras® Fiberisa food supplement based on naturalsoluble fiber that will help youregulate yourintestinal transit. You can take it if your intestinal transit is slow or fast and it is suitable for the wholefamily.

Redugras® Fiber is composed ofpartially hydrolyzed guar gumpowder, which will giveyou a minimum of 80% fiber content. This fibre is completelydissolved in water, fruit juice, coffee, milk, creams, soups, yoghurts or any other food you wish.

Instructions for use

  • In adults and children over 12 years old: take 6 to 15 grams a day (between 2 and 5 spoonfuls of 4 grams).
  • Children 7-11 years: take 3-7.5 grams per day (1-2.5 tablespoons of 4 grams).
  • In children from 3 to 6 years old: take 3 to 4.5 grams a day (between 1 and 1.5 spoonfuls of 4 grams).

Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and/or healthy diet.
