Oxidant in cream form developed to facilitate the mixing of eyebrow and eyelash dyes. Thanks to its consistency, the combination created is easy to apply, achieving an even and precise finish. Its presentation has a device that facilitates its use.
-Mix 15 to 20 drops of Refectocil 3% oxidising cream with 2cm of dye to form a creamy paste with the application stick.
-Use the paste after mixing, following the instructions for use that come with the product.
