Refectocil 2 Blue-Black 15ml

Blue-black eyelash and eyebrow tint, which is specially designed to help provide opacity and restore natural shine. It helps to provide a more vivid and impactful look, so you will not need to put mascara, as the dye gives them a natural volume.

Mix in equal parts with a 10-volume oxidant (not included with this dye) and leave on for 20 minutes and remove with plenty of water.
