Rhinomer Plus 2 Medium Strength: 100% natural hypertonic seawater for adults. Nasal spray 200 ml. Medium spray suitable for adults and children from 6 years old.

1. Blow your nose to eliminate mucus before using Rhinomer Plus. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Place the nasal applicator on the top of the bottle. 4. Gently tilt your neck forward over a sink and tilt your head to the right. 5. Gently insert the applicator into the left nostril, parallel to the nasal septum, and press firmly. 6. Turn your head to the opposite side and repeat the application in the other nostril. 7. Remove the applicator from the nostril, return to an upright position while allowing the solution to act for a few seconds, and then blow your nose. 8. Repeat the procedure if necessary. 9. Remove the nasal applicator from the bottle, wash well with warm water, and dry after each use.
