Retinol Tech: Start 2-3 times a week on alternate days. Use at night. Observe how your skin reacts before increasing the frequency. You can gradually increase to using it every night if your skin tolerates it. Then apply a moisturizer to seal and protect the skin barrier. Retinol is photosensitive, so apply SPF50+ sunscreen the following morning.
