Prepared bread and pastry gluten-free, Sanaví. It is a mixture of flours suitable for coeliacs, ideal for cooking all kinds of dough and pastry recipes. In its composition only raw materials have been used which, by their nature, are free of gluten. Try this flour mix to make delicious homemade breads, muffins, tea cakes, biscuits or pizzas.

Use for baking.

Corn starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, cane sugar, glucose, thickeners (guar gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), dietary fibre (inulin), raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium steroyl lactylate).
