Always wash and dry your hands before handling contact lenses. Always start with the same eye to avoid confusion. Open the lens case. Remove the lens and place it in the palm of your hand. Apply at least 3 drops of multi-purpose solution to each surface of the lens. Gently rub the lens with a forward and backward motion for 10 seconds on each side. Rinse both surfaces of the lenses well with the multi-purpose solution while gently rubbing the lens between your thumb and index finger.
