Description

It is a dietary supplement formulated with encapsulated vitamin B12.

The encapsulation of vitamin B12 in liposomes increases its effectiveness in the target cell, its tolerance and its stability over time.

Vitamin B12 is involved in protein synthesis, like the other B vitamins and contributes to normal energy metabolism.

It contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells in the blood and to the maintenance of the central nervous system. It also helps the normal functioning of the immune system.

Shake well before use. Take one measure of 20ml per day.

Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that, like the other B vitamins, contributes to red blood cell formation and helps maintain the proper functioning of the nervous system and a normal metabolism.

This micronutrient supports healthy skin, nails and hair. It also helps prevent megaloblastic anaemia, a condition that causes fatigue and muscle weakness. The main food sources are meat, fish, eggs and dairy products. Vegans or those following a vegetarian diet should consider taking a supplement for this vitamin to achieve optimal intake levels.
