Description

Sinomarin ORL nasal solution is designed to reduce and even eliminate nasal congestion by decreasing the mucosa that may have been generated in the nose. Its use is recommended for adults and children over ten years of age.

Sinomarín ORL is based on sea water containing a high concentration of mineral salts and trace elements. The active principles of its ingredients make it possible to dilute mucous secretions, clean the nasal cavities of the various external agents that are formed constantly in it, such as accumulated mucus, crusts or even dust that are gradually damaging the health and function of our nose. In addition, this solution hydrates the nasal mucosa and reduces dryness. It is a natural solution that allows you to quickly decongest the nose, without side effects.

It is especially indicated for cases of nasal congestion and sinuses such as rhinitis, sinusitis, common cold or flu.

Instructions for use

How is Sinomarín ORL used?

  • Before using the nasal solution, the nose should be blown to remove all accumulated mucus.
  • Then apply 1 to 3 sprays through the nostril, 2 or 3 times a day.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Seawater has moisturising and cleansing effects on the nasal and otic mucous membranes. It is rich in elements and trace elements in the form of different salts that contain: chlorine, sodium, magnesium, calcium, potassium, fluorine, iron, manganese, iodine, etc. Nasal cleansing with seawater helps to maintain cilia function (microscopic hair-like structures in the nose) and helps to moisten the air. It carries away impurities and particles, such as allergens, bacteria, viruses and particles from environmental pollution.

It can be isotonic (i.e. with the same salt concentration as saline) or hypertonic (with a higher salt concentration). In both cases, it decongests, loosens mucus and helps to expel it (hypertonic water has a more intense effect in this sense). The use of a nasal cleansing spray with seawater is a very useful measure in the case of nasal obstruction due to colds, the flu or nasal dryness caused by external factors, as it improves nasal and respiratory well-being. In otic application, it also helps to clean the ear canal.
