Dietary supplement designed to relieve cases of seasonal allergies and mild rhinitis. Helps to dissolve and eliminate mucus, while acting as a moisturiser of the nasal mucosa. Made from a mixture of mineral salts with xylitol that helps care for the sensitive skin in the area. Contributes to better breathing and relieves the symptoms of nasal congestion. It is suitable for nasal washes.
Add clean, lukewarm water (35-39ºC) up to about the 125 ml mark and shake until the salts are completely dissolved.

Then add more water until the bottle is full (250 ml).
Insert the nasal adapter tube into the bottle and screw the cap on to ensure a tight seal.
Tilt the head over the basin, insert the nasal adapter into one of the nostrils and gently press down to plug it. Breathe through the mouth.
Gently squeeze the bottle in the centre, placing your thumb in the circle at the back.
Irrigate for 10-20 seconds. Maintain pressure on the bottle as long as the nasal adapter remains inserted into the nostril.
Subsequently, irrigate through the other nostril.
Repeat the above steps, alternating between the two orifices, until the solution is exhausted.
