It should be applied 30 minutes before sun exposure on clean, dry lips.
To maintain protection, application should be repeated every 2 hours, after bathing or as often as necessary.
We are used to using sunscreen on our whole body and face, but we tend to forget an area that is very sensitive to the sun's rays: our lips. The tissue that forms them lacks melanin, keratin and protective cells, which makes this area particularly vulnerable to the effects of the sun. Using sunscreen in stick format helps to create a protective barrier for this particularly thin skin, protecting it from dehydration and the sun's rays. Use a generous amount, spread it over your lips and apply frequently to ensure full protection. Formulas enriched with emollient active ingredients will become your lips' best allies on sunny days, helping to reduce the effects of photo-ageing and skin oxidation. As a reminder, you should avoid sun exposure in the central hours of the day (from noon to 16:00) and apply sunscreen every 2 hours.
