Super Diet Protocole Minceur 30 ampoules of 15ml is a 15-day slimming programme to lose weight. The programme lasts 15 days divided into 3 phases of 5 continuous days, 2 ampoules per day. The 3 phases follow naturopathic principles to provide essential nutrients.

Phase 1: an 11 ingredient complex including Birch for detoxification of the body.

Phase 2: a combination of 13 ingredients including Hawkweed for renal elimination.

Phase 3: seawater complex and 7 ingredients including Fucus for weight management.

Phase 1 first 5 days: 2 ampoules in a glass of water in the morning.

Phase 2 next 5 days: 2 ampoules in a glass of water in the morning.

Phase 3 for the last 5 days: 2 ampoules in a glass of water in the morning.
