Sura Vitasan Pre-B 300g is a formula composed of five types of prebiotics:

• Resistant starch
• Xylooligosaccharides
• Fructooligosaccharides
• Arabinogalactan
• Galactooligosaccharides

These components have been the subject of numerous studies due to their positive effects on the gut microbiome.

Clinical research has shown that prebiotics have the ability to:

• Selective increase the levels of certain probiotic species, mainly Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, in the intestine.
• Significantly increase the levels of Bifidobacterium in the gut microbiota of adults who incorporate prebiotics into their diet.
• Increase other butyrate-producing bacteria such as Ruminococcus, Oscillospira, and Faecalibacterium.
