Symbiosys Satylia 60 Gélules

Symbiosys Satylia 60 Gélules is a dietary supplement for adults.

Formulated with guarana, chromium and a unique probiotic strain Hafnia alvei HA4597®, naturally present in raw dairy products and human intestinal flora. It also contains chromium, which is involved in maintaining normal blood sugar levels.

Presentation 60 capsules.

Take 2 capsules a day: 1 at breakfast and 1 at lunch, with a glass of water.

Corn starch; vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; gelling agent: gellan gum; freeze-dried bacterial strain (Hafnia alvei HA4597®); guarana extract (Paullinia cupana Kunth, seeds); anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids; chromium picolinate (chromium).

Guarana (Paullinia cupana) is a plant known for its caffeine and other similar chemical substance content.

Caffeine helps stimulate the central nervous system, which is why guarana is an ingredient used in several dietary supplements indicated to increase athletic and mental performance or energy levels in general, due to its invigorating nature.

It is also present in supplements to support weight loss, as it has a thermogenic effect. In other words, it helps to increase energy expenditure and lipolysis (fat-burning metabolism). There are several precautions and contraindications to take into account when taking any supplement. This supplement is not recommended in the evening, as it can interfere with sleep. It is also not suitable for people who experiencing nervousness or are particularly sensitive to caffeine, have cardiac arrhythmia, tachycardia or hypertension. It is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Long-term supplementation with this plant extract is also not recommended.
