They are Terrasana's brown rice noodles, delicious gluten-free noodles that are made from organic brown rice and water. Nothing else. They taste delicious, cook in 5 minutes and are a perfect accompaniment to vegetable, seaweed, meat, fish dishes.

- Boil water.
- Add the noodles until they are completely soaked in the water.
- Bring to a boil again and then reduce heat to half power.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse with cold water.
