Description

Dietary supplement in the form of capsules composed of marine magnesium, B vitamins DHA (omega 3) and centella asiatica extract. Instructions for use

-Take 1 capsule of active ingredient per day: blue blister and one capsule of fish oil per day.

-Take the lactic acid bacteria capsule: green blister fasting half an hour before breakfast or outside meals.

-Do not use in pregnant or lactating women without medical advice. This product is contraindicated in children under 15 years without medical advice.

Does not correspond to the order. There are not 75caps but only 60. So this is a price gouging. I will not repeat the experience.
